  Hello. I changed my phone number a few months ago. Now, I can’t use my old number for the verification text message and I’m having trouble accessing my account. Is there a way to change my verification phone number?

  Hi there,

  Please use the backup codes you printed out when setting up 2-factor authentication to disable it. Then you can re-enable it with a new number.
