New Post Issues

    I am having difficulty adding a new post to my site. Everytime I click the option to add a new post, the screen spins/ freezes and then a “Can’t reach this page” notice pops up. I have tried the solution provided by your AI Help, but it proved useless. If you could please tell me why this is happening and how it can be resolved I would really appreciate it.

    Hi @adityapai08,

    Open a private or incognito window, log in to WordPress.com, and try Posts > Add new post again. If it works there, clear your browser cache and WordPress.com cookies, then turn off any ad blockers or browser extensions for WordPress.com. You can also try opening WP Admin by typing your site address followed by /wp-admin.

    If it still fails in a private window and another browser, please reply with your browser/device, the URL shown when the page fails, and a screenshot.
