New posts failing on the browser

    I have not been able to make new posts from Google or Firefox browsers because the ‘new blog’ option returns a blank page which times after many minutes of searching.
    On the contrary, the phone app works well and is able to post.
    I prefer to use the browsers. How can this be fixed?

    Hi there,

    Let’s focus on Chrome first, and see if we can get that working before we look at Firefox.

    Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

    – clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
    – Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.

    If you do both of those, are you able to proceed with posting on your site?
