NEW PROBLEM: I cannot cancelled private registration that I bought. What?

    I need someone from wordpress to rectify this problem. I have cancelled my domain registration but I cannot cancel my private registration that I bought. It keeps telling me that my domain was not protected by private whois upgrade.

    I bought the private registration option and paid for, it is in my billing history and the transaction was approved.

    WordPress technical staff, where are you?

    Please rectify this problem, I would like to cancel everything that I have paid for.
