  Hi there, it looks like you’ve already deleted the WordPressdotcom site you linked to. If you now want to entirely delete your account you can do that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/

  Deleting an account means that the email associated with it won’t be available for at least 30 days while your account is being purged from the system. So if you are wanting to use that same email address for a new account, please change the one for this account to something else and confirm it before you delete the account.

  However, you don’t need to delete your account in order to start a new WordPressdotcom website. You can add a new WordPressdotcom site to this account at https://wordpress.com/start/
