  hi can anyone advise the best and most cost effective package i can use to have an online shop with around 150 products and also would need to be able to add on unique links for company reps to use for their own customers to use to buy from website

  Based off of what you are describing, I would recommend the Business Plan:

  With that plan you can install plugins and for your store, I would suggest using

  WooCommerce: http://www.woocommerce.com
