New subscribers not receiving confirmation email

  Occasionally I have someone try to subscribe to my blog and they don’t receive the confirmation email. It doesn’t go into their spam either. Someone tried to subscribe today and had this problem. They tried again and still nothing. It’s not happening all the time as others are receiving the confirmation email straight away. Any ideas?
