  I’m looking to update our current site to a new theme. Can I just purchase a theme and pay for maintenance? It looks like this site wants to host the website…and that is not what we are looking for.

  I do not see any sites under your @flccarlisle WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with and what is the name of the theme you are considering?
