The site listed above is using the Twenty Fifteen theme. If you want to use a different theme on that site you can activate a WordPress.com free or Premium theme from here: https://wordpress.com/themes
Any other WordPress themes you find around the Interweb are designed for the WordPress.org software. They can be used here but only by upgrading to the Business plan.
