  i’ve bought a new theme Kalium, but in my wordpress admin panel it says go to appearence/themes/add new…there is no add new button, so what now

  You can upload third party themes on the free wordpress.com plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
