New Theme Help?

  My wordpress does not give me an option to add a new theme….Where is this located please help

  WordPress.com does not HAVE the option to add a theme. For security reasons, you cannot add external themes or plugins to a WordPress.com blog. All the themes you can use are on the dashboard Themes page.
