New to all of this: position and size of logo, tagline and banner

    I have a start on sdmatech.wordpress.com How do I move my logo and tag line to the left side instead of centered. Also, my custom banner is too large. I assume it should fit above the horizontal line in the middle of the page. I tried changing the ratio but that did not seem to change anything.
