New to Jetpack & need help / support upgrading

I wanted to purchase and install the Jetpack Security Daily package as I want to make use of the video upload function. Ive tried to install however it states my wordpress is too old (5.2).. I was also told it should work and it may be an issue with “php” in any case, this is outside my area of expertise and I do not want to go messing with my website without knowing whats what. Is there any support the developers of this package that can guide me through based on my current website & if / what changes are to be made.

You will need WordPress 5.6 or higher to use the latest version of Jetpack https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/ and the current version of WordPress is 5.7.2.
You can update your site safely from Dashboard > Updates in your site’s Dashboard.
If you need to update PHP, you’ll have to consult your hosting provider’s documentation for details. WordPress currently requires PHP 5.6.20 or higher, but recommends PHP 7.4 or higher: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
If you are still unable to use the latest version of Jetpack (9.7), please contact Jetpack’s support about this via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you have a paid plan, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ if you do not.
