New to replace email address

    We cannot access the backend of our wordpress/Host Papa website. The password does not work and we are unable to get a new password because we have new email addresses. The email addresses you have are about 3yrs old. So we need you to send the new password to (email visible only to moderators and staff) The website is pinedalepress.com.au The company is Pinedale Press and I am Allan Staines the owner/Manager. Thanks

    You’ll want to contact your web hosting provider (Host Papa) for assistance with this issue. In general, for help with a site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
