New to Word Press and concerned about pop ups.

    I have not purchased or activated my new blog on Word PRess and will not until this issue is solved. I have seen pop ups that are politically driven and other members stating their sites are seeing the same. If this is Word PRess supported, then why use Word Press? I refuse to be associated with some of this information as it is disreputable and someone is paying to host the ads. Help please.

    Hmm. We do show ads on free sites. That’s one big reason as to why we can offer free sites.

    Ads are based on your own browsing history, that’s how they serve content unique to you, or your viewers.

    With that said, however, you shouldn’t see anything inappropriate. If so, there’s always an option to report this ad. We suggest doing that.

    Are you able to share a screen shot of some of these ads? Add them to your site’s media library, then let us know which site you’ve added them to so we can have a look.
