New to Word Press – Need Help

    Can I build a WordPress website before it is uploaded to my domain? My hosting is with Network Solutions, they installed WordPress but it was very glitchy and I couldn’t use most of the important plug ins. Elimentor could not be used. Is there any way to speak with a Word Press representative?
