New to WordPress

    Hi I’m new to WordPress i currently have my site with Wix – however I would like to transfer it over. I believe I can transfer all the content, but with getting a theme for my website with WordPress am I able to customize it to how I want it?, and is this relatively easy as it is on wix? I want to make sure I can do exactly what I visualise before taking the big step of moving.

    my second question is how long does my domain take to transfer over to you I believe I have bought it from namecheap. Does this take 3 months to transfer over? as I know I had to wait for it when I purchased it originally to go over to wix.

    I’m currently thinking of switching to you as I have reached 100 page limit on my wix website do you have the same with WordPress? or am I able to have as many pages as I want?

    Am I able to contact someone as it seems it is really difficult with you guys to do that there’s not online chat nor phone number? which is really off-putting is this going to change in the near future?

    If your domain is outside of the 60-day transfer-lock period, then it takes about a week to be transferred over to us. You can see the whole process here:

    If it cannot be transferred at this time, you can keep it with your current registrar and point it to us. Here’s how that works:

    There’s no limit on the posts or pages you can create on a WordPress.com site. The only limit is the storage space (for media files) you have that starts at 3GB on the Free plan and can go up to 200GB for the Business plan.
