new to wordpress

  I am an html web site builder. My freind asked me to take over his wordpress web site. Talk about being lost. How do I acess the actual pages in the site? I log into the wp-admin site and its just a bunch of settings. Is there a graphcal editor or a place I can see the code and make changes?

  Sounds like they’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software rather than our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Can you share the URL so we can confirm which WordPress version is in use?
