new uploaded picture not shown as new gravatar

I want to change the avatar picture. I click on the picture and then I am directed to Gravatar. Once I’m there I upload a new picture and crop it. Once I click on finished, I am redirected to the profile menu and… my picture is not loaded.
In the Gravatar website:
If I go to “Add a Image -> A previously loaded Image” I see nothing. But If I go to “My Profile -> Photo Galery” I see the pictures that I have loaded.
Can anybody help me?Thank you

Hi there,
Images you upload to your profile’s photo gallery aren’t used as Gravatar images. To add a new Gravatar, you can add the image on your My Gravatars page. Clicking “add a new image” there will let you choose how you want to add the new Gravatar image.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

The issue is that I have already uploaded one picture (actually, I have done it several times). I can see the picture in the photo gallery of my profile, but when I try to use it as gravatar, it never works…
I have removed the picture and uploaded it again several times and it never works.Thanks for your help

Now it worked! This time it asked me to rate the picture (something that was not doing before) and after that, it did worked.
Now I have the picture I wanted.Thanks!
