  Hi, I have a google domain and google emails under that domain. I’m trying to setup my wordpress site using that domain and I understand how to update the DNS name entries for the website. Where I’m confused is that wordpress references maybe having to change email settings too. What DNS settings do I need to make (and where) to continue using my gmail email under the domain while still letting wordpress site manage the website. Thanks

  The site you’re using to post here was only created yesterday and owns no sites on WordPress.com.

  Are you trying to create a new site on WordPress.com, or are you working on a WordPress site already connected to your domain with another hosting provider?

  If it’s the latter, you’re using the open source WordPress.org software, and we cannot help you here in the WordPress.com forums. For domain and email setup questions, please contact your hosting provider directly.

  Hi. It’s a new wordpress.com site I want to create with my google domain. I think I just need to know where/how at WordPress.com to create the MX settings google gave me. Thanks.

  To point your domain to a WordPress.com site you need to purchase one of our plans and then follow these instructions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  After mapping your domain here, follow these instructions on how to configure your G Suite email:
