New user cannot access my blog

  I invited someone to my blog. She set up a user name & pw but when she tries to log in, a message comes up
  ‘Invalid user name or password’ . What can we do to correct this so she can view my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  She needs to get her username and password right. Tell her to click on the “forgot my password” link and get a new password.

  Yes, we did already try that…still no access.
