Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Already existing client, added me to update the site. Trying to access website to update.

Can I login from WordPress? Is there a different URL that I need to go to get logged in so I can make the changes needed?

We can’t help directly because we don’t host nhvineyard.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.Instead your host (via websitewelcome.com DNS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) so we would not have insight into any login issues on nhvineyard.com since it uses a different login system that we offer here.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
