  Hi guys, is there a wordpress website where I can test wordpress ?

  If you mean you want to test the standalone WP software, you can either download the open source software from the ORG site and use WAMP or XAMPP
  or set up a temporary site at https://jurassic.ninja/ which will have jetpack automatically installed.
