    1. I currently use Square Space and I need to know if I can transfer my website over from there or will have to redo the whole thing on WordPress?
    2. I need to know if there is a live chat feature that I can add to my website?
    3. I also need to know if there is a way that we can add a phone number where visitors of the website click and it takes them straight to what’s app so they can send us a message? Rather than hitting on the number and it saying ‘call’ – as it does on Apple

    Hi –

    #1 – We don’t have a direct importing tool for Square Space. You’ll want to back up your content from them before you do anything. https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

    Is the site big? If there isn’t a lot of content or posts, you could just copy + paste them in to a word document for safe keeping, then paste them in to the new site on WordPress.com.

    You’ll need to choose a theme from https://wordpress.com/themes/ and I’d also suggest looking through this tutorial. It’s super helpful with getting started: https://learn.wordpress.com/

    #2 – There’s a widget you can add to the site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tlk-io-widget/ That can be done on a free WordPress.com site. Otherwise, you’d need to upgrade to the business plan to use a plugin that offers this function.

    #3 – Is there a link to your WhatsApp account? If so, you can just create a link to that with the text of the phone number or add it to a widget.
