New website, payment page has frozen

  I have just started up a new website with wordpress, basic plan. I paid by paypal and the page froze. Twice. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think I ended up in the wrong place… I thought I was on chat. Not a great start.

  Hi there,

  On what page exactly is it freezing? When you click on the Pay via PayPal button here on WordPress.com, or when you get to PayPal’s interface?

  Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference? Also see if you’re able to complete the purchase if you log in with another browser or with incognito mode in Chrome.

  Hi Kokkieh, thank you for your reply. I went back the next day and the page worked, so I have completed my payment. It was the checkout page. Problem solved.
