New website problem

I’m trying to create a new website but it keeps showing me an error over and over. Help please!

Can you give us a little more information? What sort of error are you seeing? What does it say specifically? What step are you on in the site creation process when it happens?

This happens whenI choose tha plan I want, I click on “Free” then an error shows up says “something went wrong, try agian later or contact support”
U even tried to choose another plan but the same result. -

Hmm, which browser do you use? Could you try if you see the same error when using a different one?

I had another look at your account; I tried creating a free site and didn’t find any issues on my end. If it’s not related to your browser, I wonder if your internet source could be. Does it happen on your usual connection as well as the mobile 3/4/5G or a coffee house Wi-Fi?
Could you share a couple of screenshots of what you see right before and right after choosing the plan? You can either upload the images to the media library of one of your sites or, you can use an online tool (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.
