  I have a WP website at the domain… ncpriest.org
  I would like to create a new one while leaving the one that is published untouched for now

  Hi there,

  You can create as many free sites as you want in the same account. Each one would get their own free WordPress.com address, and will be a completely separate site from your existing one.

  If at some point you wanted to move your existing domain to one of the new sites, you could do that, or you could add other domains to those sites instead.
