New WordPress has new version and ‘How to’ for comment screens cannot be used

    I have a new WP site (http://wordpress.howingtonenterprises.com/) it appears to working well. But when I go to leave a reply or comment: I click on the ‘leave a comment’ link, it shortens the post to three lines and repeats the ‘leave a comment link’ but no form. I went through the steps of installing wpDiscuz. No luck. Went through the documentation for comments – it was obvious for an older version of WP: none of the screens looked exactly like the screenshots. But, I managed to hunt and find the right screen, although some did not have the buttons referenced. I have no use for new blog if I cannot receive comments or replies. Am I going to have to uninstall WP and search for another blogging tool?
