New WordPress keeps messing up my posts

    Ever since the WordPress update, I’ve been experiencing constant errors when updating my company’s website and blog posts that are making my job extremely hard and frustrating. For instance, every time I edit a post, the original text disappears and is replaced with a text placeholder. I’m finding it really hard to upload photos as well. When I clone a post it deletes the original one. If I add a portfolio item to the website it will get posted and then disappear after a few minutes… And so on.
    As I’ve said, this is only happening to me on WP (which leads me to think this has nothing to do with my computer or browser; in fact, I’ve tried this on various computers and browsers and it makes no difference), and it had never happened to me before the update.

    I need help solving this ASAP. How can I get rid of this bug? Is there a way to go back to the old WordPress?

    What site are you working on?

    It sounds like you use the WordPress installation, rather than our service at WordPress.com. I can confirm with a site URL.
