New wordpress.com site name?

  I want a new wordpress.com site name (url). I do not want a domain name. I simply want to change tuc58115.worpress.com to AmberNefertiti.wordpress.com
  Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site name and the URL are different. CHange the title on the Settings->General page. Do not change the URL unless you are okay with permanently deleting the old URL. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
