Newly created site shut down after importing exported xml file saying I violated the terms

    I created this site because I was trying to migrate my posts from one site to this one.
    I downloaded the xml file from my old site and tried to import it here and now it tells me I violated WordPress’ terms and the site has been shut down? What’s going on?
