NEWSLETTER USING A FREE TEMPLATE – not possible?

    Hello, I created a simple blog but I want it to be PRIVATE so that I can select who can access it. I did my first POST and I would like to share it as a NEWSLETTER to a list of contacts… the template I used is FREE and it doesn´t allow me to install plugins such as mailchimp or similar.
    How can I share my posts in a private way with a list of contacts?.

    Hi there,

    On a private site you can invite specific people as viewers. Viewers can follow your site in the WordPress.com Reader or via email, and can see any post or page that is published on the site. Someone must have their own WordPress.com username account to be added to a site as a viewer.

    WordPress.com does not have any newsletter functionality built in, and there’s no way to automatically send out new posts as a newsletter to a list of email addresses you create. If you want to send out a newsletter, you’ll need to do that manually in a service like Mailchimp, where you’d create your own mailing list.
