Next Step After Choosing Plan is Not Following Through

I need assistance. I own a domain and would like to use it without the WordPress addition. I went through the steps in order to select the Premium Plan. I selected and there were no further steps that followed. I clicked the blue Premium Plan logo and on several other locations, yet it still would not allow any further steps to go forward. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you, Zach Beckemeyer
