NinjaFirewall login redirect Issue

  I had installed NinjaFirewall plugin and provided username and password in its login protection page, now when i hit my URL http://www.test.com/wp-admin/ it redirects me to ninja firewall access control login page where i have to put login credentials, it redirects me http://cchealth.studiographene.xyz/wp-login.php – here i put my admin login credentials however it redirect me again http://cchealth.studiographene.xyz/wp-login.php url instead login me successfully.
