    I have setup a website (nisanka.blog) using my corporate account and now I cannot log into it – it seems like the account disconnected from the website somehow. Please could you look into it and reconnect ?

    Hi there,

    That domain belongs to a different WordPress.com username than the one you’re using to post here. The nisankasanka account you’re using to post here is about a year old, but has been inactive for a while until you reset the password and logged in about two hours ago.

    You’ll need to log out of this account, and log back in as the other account you used to buy that domain to access that site.

    But check all your email addresses – you should have received a receipt from us via email when you bought that domain from us a few hours ago. The address at which you got that receipt is the one you need to use to log into the correct account.
