no access?

    Hi, I received an email on sunday with this message :
    ‘WordPress (email visible only to moderators and staff) via mail-out.cluster010.hosting.ovh.net
    Inscription d’un nouvel utilisateur sur votre site WORKSHOPS WITH ARABEL @ AB PROVENCE Formation Langues & Traduction :
    Identifiant : wwwadmin
    E-mail : (email visible only to moderators and staff)’

    and now I cannot access my website – message ‘Votre serveur utilise la version 4.4.9 de PHP mais WordPress 3.6.1 nécessite au moins la version 5.2.4.’
    What should I do, the last time I tried to upgrade it didn’t work.. I didn’t try to click on wwwadmin…
