  You never answered to the question 2 months ago: what is the URL of your site? Once we know the URL of your site, we can point you in the right direction.
  If you are logged in to the account owning the paid wordpress.com plan, you have access to live chat and email support.
  If you are talking about a paid wordpress.com plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access yourself at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  That site is connected to another account of yours evakanoes. Log out from current jayjayluce and log in again as evakanoes.
