No access to admin. No access to url.

    My domain is jeweldemoss.com. I cannot get into my admin page to add or change anything. In addition, there is no access to my url site so no one else can see my work either. WordPress does not recognize either of my email addresses: (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is my ID or (email visible only to moderators and staff). It does not recognize my domain name, jeweldemoss.com, either. This has been going on for a month. I made several attempts to contact someone with no luck. I have paid through the end of the year and am really frustrated.

    Hi Jewel, I think the issue is that you’re trying to log in here to a site that is hosted elsewhere.

    Are you using http://jeweldemoss.com/wp-admin to log in?

    Your host can help you reset your login if needed:
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    Once you’ve got that, if you’d like to also be able to manage the site through our interface, let us know.
