No access to dashboard

  Someone else is hosting my site and everything was fine yesterday, but when I logged on today it told me I no longer had access to my dashboard and gave me the following warning: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/11/8634711/html/kitten/parties/wp-content/plugins/hellomodi-social-discount-plugin/helloModi.php:17) in /home/content/11/8634711/html/kitten/parties/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881.
