No access to my other wp-account.

I have no access to my other wordpressaccount and site? http://minpsykolog.dk/ When i ask for a resetting of the password and then expect my new informatino to be sent to at least one of my emailadresses nothing happens – I get no email. This is quite problematic, since I cannot edit my companys website now. Please help.
