No access to tool bar

  While editing pages on my website, I realised that I no longer have access to the tool bar on the right hand side of the screen. This is where I can edit fonts/ sizes, and where I can rearrange content on my website, not having this tool bar is a massive inconvenience for me since I’m struggling to edit my work, this same issue happened to me last year and my teacher had to contact you to get it fixed, please fix this issue so I can go back to doIng my work at full potential, thank you.
