Hi there,
Of what site are you speaking? It’s not possible to change the permalink structure on WordPress.com unless you have the Business Plan, and I only see one free site in your account.
If you mean that you changed the permalink slug on a post or page, changing the slug changes the link at which you view the page. That can cause the old version of the link to stop working. Please give me the link to the exact page where you made this change so I can take a look – the original and the modified link, if possible.

My apologies but the website is called skinpantry.com. In setting up my website, I was following a YouTube video and was at the point of setting up my site url and home links when I had to log off. Another thing I noticed was that someone else’s site shows up when I logged in yesterday.(theskinpantry.com)

Okay, that domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, and pointed to a site hosted on Bluehost’s servers. That site uses the open source WordPress.org software, not WordPress.com.
Looking at the site, it appears that it’s still in staging on Bluehost’s end, or you’ve used an Under Construction plugin of some sort while setting up the site. Bluehost support might be able to help you get things working again, or else you can get help with the WordPress software in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead:
