No access to WordPress.com – stuck on loading

    Hi there

    I am trying to make changes to my website, but logging into wordpress.com, I cannot access it at all. I log in, click on “My Sites” in the top left, and it is constantly buffering saying “Loading My Sites…” No information about my website(s) is available, everything remains blank.

    The website otherway.co is live and online, no issues.

    Any ideas of what is going on and how to resolve it?

    Hi there,

    I’ve taken a closer look and for me at least the My Sites tab seems to be loading correctly. I’m not seeing any other issues with the site that would cause this kind of problem. I suspect this may be due to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

    – clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
    – Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
    – If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?

    Thanks very much for your responses. All resolved.

    Yes, this was a Google Chrome issue. I can open on Microsoft Edge no problems. Will look to resolve with clearing cache regularly from now on.

    Thanks for your help and for reminding me about live support. I tried this and it directed me to the forums.
