No Add G Suite User button

    Hi!
    I am trying to add another G Suite user to a domain, but when I go to Domains>My domain>Email I can’t see any Add G Suite User button. All I can see is a list with the two existing addresses. If I click manage on one of those, I land on admin.google.com, but there I get pointed back since I purchased the two addresses via WordPress.

    Can anyone help me with this issue?

    PS. The address is not uponarctic.com – this issue belongs to another site. The address was added automatically to my post.

    Hi there,

    Can you please tell us the domain to which you’re trying to add another G Suite user? The account you’re using to post here does not own any domains or G Suite upgrades with us.

    If this is for the domain, melboturnforening.no, please note you are only an admin on that site, not the owner, nor do you own any of the upgrades related to that site.

    Please log into the account that owns those upgrades and open a new support request, or if that account belongs to someone else ask the owner of that account to contact us directly for help with this.
