no address option in general settings

  Hi I have no option to change my site address url and wordpress address url in my general settings tab?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you would like to change your WordPress.com site address, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Please bear in mind that once changed, that site’s original WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to start a new site rather than changing the name of this one.
