No admin or dashboard

  Help! I have a very basic blog page and haven’t posted in a while due to morning sickness. Just published a post today and noticed that I can’t see my dashboard anywhere – admin either. I don’t understand half of what I am reading on forums about whats going on. happyheartandtum.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’re not alone, author of happyheartandtum. I’m a regular poster but things keep changing. I log in via wordpress.com and now land at the Reader page, from there I see no simple way to get to the Dashboard (which is what I was familiar with). Now I have to either then visit my own blog to get the traditional grey admin bar back on my screen, or click on Stats and then the little Home icon there. Alternatively I have to go to https://%5Bmy blog].wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Thanks so much Brian. I pressed a button once in the ‘write post’ screen that said something along the lines of ‘you’re looking at things in the new ??? view. Change back to traditional view.’ I pressed it, and voila! My dashboard appeared! I’m so relieved, but still get a bit confused by things from time to time!

  I prefer the traditional view too :)
