No Blogger Template Appearing on Add New Page (Blogger2WP Migration Problem)

  Hi,

  I’ve been trying to migrate my blog from Blogger to WordPress for sometimes and I saw this article on:
  http://www.labnol.org/internet/switch-from-blogger-to-wordpress/9707/

  The article said I had to upload a filed titled blogger.php.txt and put it on WordPress theme directory. I uploaded the file, in a folder, changed its format but the supposed Blogger template is not appearing on add new page. I did all the other steps of this article, such as pasting this text from its template generator to my blogger blog (http://mongolangle.blogspot.com) It doesn’t work.

  I”m losing precious time here. Please help!

  YOu won’t be able to use an external theme on a WordPress.COM blog. Those instructions are for WordPress.ORG blogs. They are two completely separate systems. See this for clarification:

  There is no way to do this on the blog http://arga.wordpress.com/

  @mongolangle, is your new site on a webhost such as godaddy, bluehost, etc?

  Hi raincoaster and thesacredpath,

  My site is on a godaddy webhost. And I installed wordpress app on it. Wow, I’m stupefied. So what should i do now?
