No cancel or refund option available for upgrade ($30)

I don’t see a Cancel option for my upgrades, or a refund option. I don’t want to renew my custom theme. Please help. Thanks, Valerie

If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the Store -> My Upgrades page. Note: You must be logged in under the username account that purchased the upgrade to request a refund.
