No change of email link

    I attempted to change my email address on wordpress. It says that it would sent a link to my new email address so I can click on the confirmation link. But I don’t receive it. Do I need to install another plugin? I am not sure how to proceed.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any recent email change requests on the account you’re using to post here. You also don’t have any WordPress.com sites on our Business Plan, which is a requirement to be able to use plugins on WordPress.com.

    If you’re speaking of the admin password for a site using the WordPress software at another host, please ask in https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead. We can only help with sites hosted on our servers, and have no control over WordPress sites hosted with other providers.
