No Customer Support/Log in Issues

Where do I find customer support? I am having trouble with my login…it says my account is deleted but it is able to be read I simply cannot log in. Yes, I have tried all of the customer suggestions, password recovery, account recovery, everything. Now it is a huge mess saying that I have an account with no posts but my blog just sits there all pretty and taunting me, as I somehow have an account, simply not my own account. bizarre. Yes, I tried contacting all methods of support associated with log in. Any suggestions? Any info on how to actually get support?

You created this account at WordPress.com just one hour ago. Most likely you’re simply logged in to the wrong account to reach your site. What is the address of your site and is it hosted here at WordPress.com?

Screwballkitchen.com is what I am trying to access so, Yes and no. I created the most recent account by accident in an effort to access wordpress help. My actual account is screwballkitchen.com and I have had it for over a year. Oddly enough, I posted yesterday in screwballkitchen and I can read it just fine. I attempted to log in today and it says the account was deleted, but it appears to be fine. So I tried account recovery, that prompted that my email was fine so I tried password recovery…. I have tried transaction codes etc in the account recovery an it comes up that my email is the same as my account so I went down a rabbit hole and screwed up something and ended up with a diifferent account today. I am so clueless….I am sure someone can look into it and fix whatever it is but I can not contact anyone.

The catch 22 is that you need to log in to the correct account that purchased the upgraded plan to have access to Livechat support with staff.

No this didn`t work either. Kinda desperate before now I am realizing that using WordPress is probably over for me. I have no idea what happened; and nothing seems to fix it! Yet I can see my blog right in front of me and I am unable to access it.

This is dreadful because I cannot even leave if I wanted to! They have access to my bank and everything! I never heard of this before! Its a vicious cycle!

You’ll be able to access your site as long as you continue to reach it by logging in to this correct account!
